1 Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms and Conditions create a binding agreement between you and PHKuya whenever you access or use the website, account services, payment tools, games, or promotional features. Your continued use of PHKuya confirms acceptance of the version published on this page.

Additional rules may apply to a particular game, tournament, jackpot, payment channel, or promotion. Those rules are incorporated into this agreement. If a promotion-specific rule conflicts with a general provision, the specific rule normally applies only to that promotion. PHKuya may ask you to confirm acceptance again after a material update.

2 Eligibility and Legal Capacity

3 Registration and Account Security

Only one PHKuya account is allowed per player unless written approval is provided in advance. Duplicate, shared, transferred, or purchased accounts are prohibited. PHKuya may combine, suspend, or close duplicate accounts and review bonuses or winnings credited through them.

You must choose a secure password and keep your login credentials confidential. Do not allow family members, friends, agents, or any other person to use your PHKuya account. Activity completed through valid credentials may be treated as activity authorised by the account holder unless PHKuya receives prompt notice of suspected unauthorised access.

4 Identity and Source-of-Funds Checks

PHKuya may conduct know-your-customer, age, identity, address, payment ownership, anti-fraud, and source-of-funds checks. You agree to provide clear, current, and authentic documents within the requested period. Documents may include government-issued identification, a selfie or liveness check, proof of address, bank or e-wallet records, and evidence explaining the source of deposited funds.

PHKuya may hold deposits, withdrawals, bonus payments, or account access while verification is incomplete. A review does not mean wrongdoing is assumed; it is a standard safeguard for players and the platform. Refusing to cooperate, submitting altered documents, or providing inconsistent details may lead to account closure and any action required by applicable rules.

5 Deposits, Balances, and Withdrawals

PHKuya may support GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay or PESONet bank transfer, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and eligible Visa or Mastercard cards. Availability, minimums, maximums, processing times, and verification requirements may vary by account and payment method.

All payments must come from an account or instrument legally held by the registered PHKuya player. Third-party deposits and withdrawals may be rejected. Funds must not be deposited for transfer, money exchange, or other non-gaming purposes. PHKuya may return a deposit to its original source when required for security or compliance.

Withdrawal requests are subject to available balance, completed verification, promotion requirements, transaction review, and any displayed limits. Estimated processing times are not guarantees because banks and e-wallet providers may conduct their own checks. 6 Bonuses, Cashback, and Promotional Offers

7 Game Rules, Wagers, and Results

PHKuya may investigate suspected misconduct, restrict affected accounts, preserve relevant records, void unfair transactions, and take other proportionate steps. Where permitted or required, PHKuya may also cooperate with payment providers or competent authorities.

9 Technical Interruptions and Availability

PHKuya works to provide stable access, but uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed. Mobile signal issues, device faults, browser problems, maintenance, supplier downtime, power interruptions, and events outside reasonable control may affect availability.

If a connection is lost after a wager has been accepted, the wager may remain valid and settle according to the recorded game result. If no wager was accepted, the attempted action may have no effect. PHKuya will review disputed rounds using available system records. Maintenance may be scheduled without individual notice when urgent security or platform work is needed.

10 Responsible Gaming

PHKuya is intended for entertainment, not as a source of income or a way to solve financial problems. Players should set realistic deposit, loss, and time limits. Chasing losses, borrowing to gamble, or playing while distressed can cause serious harm.

PHKuya may provide deposit limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Once a restriction takes effect, you must not attempt to bypass it through another account or identity. PHKuya may close related accounts and return eligible funds after required checks. The platform may also intervene when account activity suggests possible gambling harm.

11 Account Suspension and Closure

You may request closure of your PHKuya account, subject to settlement of open wagers and completion of necessary verification. Account closure does not erase obligations, unresolved payment disputes, security records, or information that must be retained under applicable requirements.

PHKuya may suspend or close an account for breach of these terms, suspected fraud, security concerns, legal requirements, responsible gaming reasons, prolonged inactivity, or business decisions affecting service availability. Where appropriate, PHKuya will explain the general reason and allow withdrawal of legitimate funds after outstanding checks and deductions are completed.

12 Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

PHKuya provides gaming services on an availability basis and does not promise that every feature will always be error-free or compatible with every device. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, PHKuya is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from interrupted access, a player's device or internet connection, unauthorised use caused by failure to protect credentials, or reliance on expected winnings that were never validated. Players remain responsible for personal betting decisions and account management.

13 Questions, Complaints, and Disputes

If you believe a PHKuya transaction, game result, bonus decision, or withdrawal has been handled incorrectly, contact the support team promptly through the account service channels. Provide your registered details, the relevant date and time, transaction or game reference, amount in PHP, and a clear explanation.

PHKuya will review available account, payment, and game records. You should cooperate with reasonable information requests and avoid opening duplicate complaints while a review is active. If one provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay by PHKuya in enforcing a term does not permanently waive that right.
